Currently based out of Brooklyn New York, singer songwriter Max Clarke has returned to his former hometown of Chicago to record his forthcoming record with Jeff Tweedy and Wilco’s Loft Studio. Windows on The World is the latest taste, and it’s easy breezy jangly goodness that’s reminiscent of New Zealand’s Dunedin bands, albeit a little dreamier. The album is called Transmitter and will be released March 13th via Jagjaguwar.
